Guild name change
Is it possible to change the name of a guild without starting it over? Thanks!

You COULD try getting a couple of people together and report it as an offensive guild name. People seem to do it when they want to change the names of their characters. Do it at your own risk though.

too bad a guild isnt a person so that wouldn't even be possible. Unless you are top 1200 in gvg or are extremely well known, just remake the guild. Don't pick a horrible name to begin with if you are making a guild for people.

Speaking from experience, that is really terrible advice. If the guild name is found offensive after a report, it will be banned. There is no option to rename, and your tag changes to [ban]. Many functions and privileges of the guild are suspended. You still retain the guild hall, if you had one before the ban, the guild roster and guild chat still function, but no invites are possible.
